What condition will the game, system or accessory be in?
We take great pride in the condition and cleanliness of the games we sell. We clean every game, inside and out, before we put them up for sale. Because 99% of the items we sell are used, and in many cases 10+ years old, there will be signs of normal use (light scuffs, scratches, etc.) on most of the game cartridges. We sort through our games and any that are not "acceptable" are donated to our local Goodwill or sold at clearance prices on our website. If you have any questions about an item's condition that are not clear in the pictures and description, please contact us before buying so we can give you the info you need. How long have you been selling used games online?
We have been selling games for several years on eBay under the seller name "retrogamecraze" and you can see our feedback there. In fact, we still sell things there on occasion. We are an established online retailer and have literally sold thousands of games to customers throughout the USA and Canada. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and have worked hard for years to get the 100% positive feedback we have on eBay. We currently hold both "Top Rated Seller" and "Powerseller" status.

Once I pay, how long until my item arrives?
Getting your item to you fast is our top priority. We are customers, too, and nothing is more frustrating than finally deciding to buy something then waiting what seems like weeks for it to arrive! We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment and use USPS First Class or Priority Mail, so in most cases your item will arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Delivery confirmation (tracking number) is included with every purchase.

Do you ship items internationally?
At this time we only ship items in the USA. However, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Contact us at retrogamecraze@yahoo.com if you would like to ship an item internationally.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return or exchange for DOA or defective merchandise. If we do not have a replacement in stock, then we will issue a full refund once we have received the defective merchandise. Please contact us prior to sending anything back so we can provided specific shipping instructions.
